TGK – A percentage cost index apportioned to the product that allows comparisons to be made at all levels for decision-making in management and strategy.

Automation – all phases of the import process are incorporated, reducing data input and allowing maximum optimization, using SAP’s most advanced technologies, such as BAPI’s, avoiding the use of Batch Input.

Flexibility – Allows you to create shipments based on a Sales Order, Delivery or Billing;
Online updating – All logistics information is updated online when it enters the shipping process.
Taking into account the evolution of the process from sales order to export;
SAP integration – Reads the sales order price, making up the expenses that have been planned;
Cost – Allows you to note the expenses incurred, apportioning them to the items;
Agile – It has a Drill-Down (quick access link) to the SD data linked to the export shipment;
Dispatcher Integration – Allows you to supplement the data required for the Dispatcher to generate the DUE in Siscomex;
Dynamic – Allows you to generate groupings of items for the DUE, with different breakdowns;
Ease – Allows the generation of documents required for the process, with grouping according to the DUE.

E-GT is a Foreign Trade system that enables a higher level of tax compliance, the correct valuation of stocks and accounting according to company rules. The system does not make use of interfaces and integrations that can often cause problems and rework.

The flow is organized intuitively and the processes are self-explanatory, guiding users through day-to-day activities and increasing productivity. As a result of the benefits of an environment like this, the company can make decisions more quickly, optimizing costs and frequently measuring the performance of its logistics chain.

E-GT is more than a complementary system to SAP, it enhances it. It allows you to manage foreign trade processes in an agile, easy, functional, intuitive and extremely user-friendly way. Designed in a cockpit concept, E-GT provides a flow with maximum automation in physical and fiscal reception, optimizing processing time.

E-GT uses the configuration resources of SAP’s IMG like no other complementary software does, we don’t just read data from system configurations. Structured on the standard platform, E-GT shares all databases, avoiding redundancies, where users log in to a centralized data source, guaranteeing the accuracy of strategic reports.

E-GT configurations are incorporated into SAP configurations whenever there is an equivalent configuration point, allowing your company’s team of specialists to use the knowledge already acquired in R/3 and ECC to manage and maintain various configurations in the system.

The architecture was designed in such a way that the system provides BADI’s and Enhancement Points strategically located so that our customers can customize the product according to the requirements or concepts of their business segment.
