E-FCI is a system developed to optimize the process of composing, calculating and transmitting the Import Content Form (FCI), resulting from Resolution 13 of the Federal Senate, which reduces the ICMS rate levied on interstate transactions to 4%; applied to goods and merchandise that have an Import Content of more than 40%.

Developed in ABAP and fully integrated with SAP, E-FCI is a system that completely manages FCIs. The system not only generates and transmits FCIs, but also manages the need for FCIs for each product, monitoring changes in the percentage of Import Content for products that have already had their FCIs generated and allowing the registration of materials with FCIs to be updated in SAP.

E-FCI has a range of features such as: use of standard SAP or proprietary BOM; determination of FCI composition with all the calculation details; generates the file for FCI transmission. It validates inconsistencies and provides reports to help your company manage its processes.

In order to meet the market’s need for legislation, E-lT has developed E-FCI, a system that manages the entire FCI process and monitors the percentages for each product, informing of the need for FCI even for products that have already had their FCIs generated.

E-FCI offers unique features that will make managing the process much more intuitive and secure. In addition to the inconsistency validator, the system updates the FCI number and protocol number generated by SEFAZ, updates the origin of the material in the register and has BAdl’s positioned to allow adjustments according to the company’s legal understanding. It also has reports on items for FCI retransmission, items with FCI and material registration discrepancies, items not returned by SEFAZ and the history of FCIs generated by material.
